Embroidery is generally accepted as the finest way to decorate garments to promote a prestigious image.
Embroidery is ideal for multiple colour logos, up to 12 different colours can be incorporated into your design.
Before we can begin any embroidery job, we need to digitise your logo/design into an embroidery format. We cannot simply scan an image which is then ready to be embroidered. Digitising controls the type of stitches used and the colour pathways. As we need to completely redraw your logo/design, we require only very basic artwork, this could be a letterhead, sketch or a detailed description of what is required
 On orders of less than 25 items, there is a small charge of £15 to offset the cost of digitising your design.
Please note this is a one off cost and is not charged on repeat orders.
If you have your design on disc in an embroidery format compatible with our machines or software, there will be no need for a digitising charge.
With embroidery the more stitches and colour changes there are in a design the longer the job will take to run, therefore the more expensive it will be. Our prices are based on designs of up to 8,000 stitches, in one location. This is suitable for the vast majority of chest sized designs. Designs over 8,000 stitches are charged an additional 25p for each additional 1000 stitches. In order to confirm the prices displayed, it will be necessary to first agree your design.
For particularly intricate and complex designs the digitising cost may need to be negotiated due to the amount of time that will need to be dedicated to the job. We would always inform you immediately if we thought this might be the case, or that your design will run to over 8,000 stitches.
Individual names can be incorporated on your design at an additional cost of £1.50 per garment.
If you require additional logos to your garments these will normally incur an additional cost of between £2.00-£3.50 per extra logo.
If you require a large logo on the back of your garments the price will depend on how many stitches are in the finished design, typically this would add £4.00-£6.00 per garment.
Once we have received your order and payment we will digitise your logo and embroider a sample of your design which we will forward to you for approval. Once approval is confirmed we can progress with your order. |
